🔑 Crisp is the first Live Chat tool reviewed on SalesStack. Full disclosure, we reviewed it with the intend of using the tool ourselves, and are currently working with under the free pricing plan. Crisp advocates being the ideal solution for startups and SMBs. Before signing up, 3 plans are offered. For now, we’ve opted for the free plan as it gives us the ability to use their live chat tool, for unlimited conversations and tracking of conversations. Not being too tech savvy ourselves, 5 min after signing up to the service, Crisp was live on Salesstack.co, therefore confirming that the setup is ideal for startups. When testing out the chat (AKA talking to ourselves), we noticed that the chat picked up on the native language of the customer. Fun fact, when you don’t respond quickly enough to inquiries, your potential clients get access to a game called “Crispy Bird”. The dashboard intended for tracking leads and conversations is very intuitive and gives you an indication of the last conversation last visit of each person. For more insights and access to their CRM, you will have to pick a paying plan starting a 25GBP/month, which is good for 4 seats. As we wanted to know more about potential integrations with CRMs, we asked their Customer Support and got instant and detailed feedback (A+). For completeness, these integrations are possible with many of the well known CRMs, but again fall under the paying plans. Overall, we’re happy (free) customers as this does the trick for us, a startup. Have a look at the right corner and try ours out!
